I like to cook, and it tastes good to me and others, but try at your own risk.
Maybe when I have time, I'll show you how to roast a lab.
But lets start with some burgers.
V's Burgers
1 lb lean ground beef (or sometimes I substitute turkey) (90/10)
10 slices of bacon cooked/sliced/chopped
1/2 tsb Salt
1/2 tsb Pepper
1/2 tbsp Tony's
1/2 cup bleu cheese crumbles
1/4 cup chopped red onions
1/2 tsb garlic powder
1 egg, beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup Sriracha Chili Sauce "Rooster Sauce" (Sold at Walmart in the Asian food isle)
I pretty much mix all of this together and form patties out of them. Put them on wax paper and put it in fridge while the grill is getting hot. Approximately 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked in center.
Put on bun and dressed the way you want.
V's Korean Styled Ribs
1 part soy sauce
1/2 part mirin (japanese rice wine)
1/2 part pear juice
1/4 part unseasoned rice vinegar
1/4 part brown sugar, packed
3 tbsp dark sesame oil
some minced garlic
some minced lemon grass
green onions, chopped
Stir / Blend all these together, and this makes the marinade.
Use beef short ribs cut perpendicular to the bone. The thinner the meat the better. Marinate overnight, grill a few mins per side. They cook fast.
This marinade might also be good on the cheaper steaks, like round or t-bones
