Default What is the B.O.W. to you?

I would like the users to discuss what they get from the B.O.W. and why they come back.

I like the discussions on teotwawki down to surviving a regional in comfort. I am all about having what I need and relaxing after [Insert SHTF here].

    Political discussions.

I also like Off Topic for the oddball stuff.

Prepare for the worst, and dare the Good Lord to disappoint you.

Of all tyrannies a tyranny exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It may be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

I like talking to people I normally wouldn't meet, since I work in solitude and rarely go out anywhere. PLus if you here your pretty much pre screened from being a person that would bother me.

I like being able to discuss a bunch of different topics.
Every now and then I go to "Buckle" in Mall of Louisiana and I buy a bunch of Affliction T-shirts, just so I can see JeepGirl.

A bunch of good folks discussing common interests . The fact that most of us live in the same state makes it all the more interesting .

I enjoy the balance of great info, and the presence of asshattery . I have met several of the members here and everyone I have met is the same in person as they are online. I like the genuine attitude and the willingness for the members here to jump in there and help each other out. I also like the fact that posts and comments are generally left alone by mods, censorship is rare.
