I personaly like the look of the top one. Not too big a fan of two tone guns. Specialy when it makes the cylinder look out of place. But thats just how it looks to me.

wow, glad to see so many here consider function/utility over form.
Yes the top one "looks" prettier. If that is your primary concern in a firearm, consider painting some pretty flowers or rainbows on it. I hear stickers add horsepower and accuracy too.

Wife: Are you really gonna need your gunS there?
Me: If I knew that already, we would be staying home.
I'd get the two tone, if it costs more, then you can tell people how you paid more when they ask why it looks like that. And when you sell it explain why it is selling for less than a blank one is because they are getting a deal on a rare one.
Of course that's sarcastic, but I'm sure won't consider that.

Two tone firearms generally don't look as good as monotone ones.
Just as a two tone shirt doesn't look as good as a solid one. Wearing shapes detracts from the Human Form and if not done properly cam accentuate what our brain perceives as unattractive. Think skinny jeans. They emphasize making the mid section wider, abnormally wide.
The different barrel detracts from the silhouette of the firearm, with no design thought other than let's take this part and make it a different color.
Now if it is dome special metal or coating that makes the gun operate as a gun better, then that it should have been stated as a question of I'd it worth it from a functional merit standpoint.
I may be a genius. Thank you.

Construction: Stainless Steel
Finish: Stainless Steel
Again, I say that ease of maintenance beats pretty (which is part of function). If this is a carry weapon it will contact body salt and a stainless/poly weapon will have less concern about rust than a poly/blued. It's much easier to scrub the rust spots off of stainless than it is to reblue a weapon because it got forgotten one day,or week.
Make sense to anyone?
I also almost always prefer the looks of a two tone firearm over a solid. In this case though, I admit the black/blue is prettier and would choose two tone for a more practical reason.
The voices in my head say they prefer the look of the one tone revolver and only bottom feeder semi automatics look good two tone.
But as I understand you the metal colored bits in the other revolver are stainless and there is some polymer? Listen Bud I'm not going to research your decision for you. Why don't you give us all the facts before asking us to decide. Hell maybe even a link to explain what the hell I'm looking at in the picture. Not all of us research fad handguns that serve little purpose but snake defense.

Wow .
I can't morally help you with this choice. Plastic wheel guns make baby Jesus cry.

P.S.- I've gotten with hot chicks as recently as right now.

BTW ASC, thanks for the LSP-esque admonishment, for a second there I remembered what it was like to post something on the other forum.
I didn't go into much detail about the slight difference in the two handguns ie., benefits of stainless finish over blue. I know the pros and cons. This is simply a fun and interesting piece to add to my collection. It is not a daily carry. I was just asking for personal opinion on which you guys liked as far as looks. The two tones caught my eye, but I like the black on black.
The 240 fat ass tire on the back of my motorcycle does not served a "function", but it looks good. Sometimes, beauty does go in front of function. I'm not choosing a weapon that I will cling to during the apocalypse.
